Over 50's Luncheon 8/11/09

We had a nice group for our monthly "Over 50's" Potluck and Fellowship. Gusts included GW Allison, minister at the Egypt Church of Christ-- and a group from the church there. We had a nice visit together.

Happy 103rd Birthday

The Main Street Visitation Team visited at Lawrence Hall Nursing Home last Monday~ Our visits included one to Velma Rush, who was 103 years old that day-- August 10th. She is our oldest living member at Main Street. Congrats on your big day!!

Family Day @ Six Flags- St. Louis

Meet us at Six Flags Saturday for FAMILY DAY AT THE PARK. Discount tickets are available. See me! Some people are leaving Friday and coming back Sat. night-- others plan to leave Sat. and stay until Sunday (be sure and go to church !!). come and bring your family and enjoy the day with us at Six Flags- St. Louis.

The "Sister-In-Christ" met at the new Captain Catfish for their monthly fellowship in July.

Family Night at the Races

We had about 25 attend our Family Night at Crowley's Ridge Raceway in Paragould. We had a fun time and our children enjoyed time together. Our next Family Day will be August 8th as we travel to Six Flags in Gurnie, Illinois. Deadline for reduced tickets is this Friday. Come and ejoy a day with your church family.
