HIPPY Winter Carnival
We had a couple hundred children and parents at the church building today, as the HIPPY (Home Instruction For Parents of Preschool Youngsters) had their annual Winter Carnvial. HIPPY seeks to offer parents support in the home. We love seeing the group each month as so many little ones come to the program. This month's program was very special.
