Outside our house on Jan 30, the day following the storm. We had an ice storm first, followed by a couple inches of snow-- enough to cripple the area-- all of Lawrence County was without power.

Walnut Ridge is still struggling to get back to normal following the worst ice storm in years. We were without power for six days. The church was without power for nearly two weeks. There are some areas still without electricity.
Main Street was on the list to become an emergency back-up shelter, but thankfully, we were not needed. Thanks to everyone for their thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
